Upload a completed, print-ready gang sheet containing multiple logos, names, graphics, or design variations. Arrange your artwork within the dimensions selected for your order, upload the finished file, choose the required quantity, and submit your gang sheet for DTF transfer production.

This option is designed for customers who already have their artwork arranged and ready to print. Before uploading, review the complete sheet carefully to make sure every design has the correct size, orientation, spacing, and placement.

Create your gang sheet at the exact dimensions selected for your order. Arrange each design carefully and leave enough space between individual graphics for cutting or separating the transfers after production. • Prepare the file at the correct final dimensions.
• Use high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
• Keep text, lines, and design edges clean.
• Leave adequate spacing between individual graphics.
• Remove unwanted backgrounds and unnecessary elements.
• Keep all artwork inside the selected sheet boundaries.

Artwork Guidelines

• Prepare raster artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI.
• Avoid unintended white backgrounds because white areas may print as white ink.
• Keep design edges clean and defined.
• Check small text and fine details at the final print size.
• Make sure the uploaded artwork fits within the selected gang sheet dimensions.

Suitable Apparel Applications

DTF transfers can be used for compatible apparel projects such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, uniforms, tote bags, teamwear, workwear, event apparel, and branded merchandise.

Before application, confirm that the garment and fabric are suitable for the required heat, pressure, and pressing process.

How to Order a DTF Gang Sheet

1. Select the required gang sheet dimensions.
2. Arrange all designs within the selected sheet size.
3. Check the artwork dimensions, spacing, orientation, and spelling.
4. Upload your completed, print-ready gang sheet.
5. Choose the required number of gang sheets.
6. Review your file one final time before placing the order.

Low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions, unintended backgrounds, or designs positioned outside the sheet area can affect the final result. Check the complete file before submitting it for production.

Size and Layout Planning

Your uploaded file should match the dimensions and proportions selected for the gang sheet. Plan the layout around the number and size of individual transfers you need rather than placing designs without considering the available sheet area.

When multiple designs are included, organize them efficiently while leaving enough separation for individual transfers to be cut apart after production.

Pressing Instructions

1. Position the transfer on the compatible garment.
2. Apply medium pressure at 310°F (155°C) for 8 seconds.
3. Peel immediately after pressing, beginning from a corner.

Application conditions can depend on the garment and pressing setup. Confirm compatibility and test when appropriate before completing a larger production run.

When selecting a size like 4"x4", 2"x4", or 6"x6", your design needs to match the shape of the chosen size (square or rectangle). If the shape doesn’t match, we’ll resize your design to fit the longer side while keeping it proportional, so it won’t look stretched or distorted.

Example: If your design measures 11"x7" and you select a 4"x4" size, we’ll adjust the longer side (11") to 4". The shorter side will automatically resize to maintain the original proportions, which means it may not end up as exactly 4".

To avoid changes to your design’s size, upload a file that already matches the shape of your selected size. If the proportions don’t align, we’ll resize it for you, but the shorter side may be smaller than the size you chose.

2. Position Your Design: Place the transfer as needed. Use heat-resistant tape for hats or irons if necessary.
3. Press: Apply medium pressure at 310°F (155°C) for 8 seconds. Use parchment paper to prevent heat damage if testing.
4. Instant Peel: Peel immediately after pressing, starting from a corner for smooth application.
