Formula: Our UV DTF Ink combines encapsulated resin, nano-pigment technology, and zirconium cut dispersion for a fine picoliter particle size that reduces clogging. It includes monomers, oligomers, pigments, and photo initiators for vibrant colors, excellent adhesion, and durability when cured by UV light. The ink is 99.5% VOC-free, offering an eco-friendly solution for high-quality prints.

Temperature & Humidity Conditions: Best performance between 70–90°F.

Recommended Storage Conditions: The recommended storage temperature ranges from 40°F to 95°F for optimal preservation.

Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Usage:

• Ensure the UV DTF printer is compatible with the Printium UV DTF Black ink and is configured for its application.
• Load the ink into the designated ink slot or tank.
• Print and cure immediately using the printer's UV light system.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space.
• Keep the container tightly closed and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Maintain a temperature range between 40°F - 95°F.

Safety Tips:

• Always use personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and safety goggles, when handling ink.
